AH4 Plan and deliver interpretative activities and materials

AH4.1 Plan the use of resources

Performance Required

This will involve:

  1. Identifying the theme for the activity
  2. Defining the target audience (numbers and composition)
  3. Ensuring that the activity is in accordance with internal and external policies and guidelines
  4. Setting clear targets including learning outcomes for the activity
  5. Identifying the appropriate materials and methods for delivering the theme to the target audience and achieving the learning outcomes
  6. Planning the resources and timescale required to deliver the activity
  7. Securing the resources required
  8. Ensuring that all relevant health and safety and other legal, professional and ethical conditions are complied with
  9. Evaluating the results of the activity including the learning outcome.
