Performance Required
This will involve:
- Ensuring information on potential contributors is current and accurate
- Assessing previous contribution patterns for their effect on future contribution levels
- Identifying new sources of contributions and informing the appropriate people of the organisation's requirements
- Providing clear information on the benefits to contributors
- Evaluating rejections from contributors to achieve greater effectiveness in future approaches
- Collecting available information on the contribution patterns for other organisations
