Performance Required
This will involve:
- providing the key stakeholders with timely, forward-looking and relevant information which is consistent with the project plans
- providing team members and higher-level managers with effective opportunities to contribute to the information you provide
- ensuring that the content of the information meets your stakeholders' needs, while maintaining agreements on confidentiality
- providing information in styles and formats most appropriate to the types of stakeholders involved
- ensuring that your distribution methods are effective in reaching the key stakeholders
- actively seeking and assessing information from stakeholders which may affect the running of the project.
